Memory Verses

Below are the daily memory verses for the children.

Please‌ ‌encourage‌ ‌your‌ ‌child(ren)‌ ‌to‌ ‌memorize‌ ‌their‌ ‌Bible‌ ‌verses‌ ‌each‌ ‌day.‌ ‌Verses‌ ‌are‌ ‌due‌ ‌on‌ ‌the‌ ‌day‌ ‌listed‌ ‌(starting‌ ‌Tuesday).‌ Verse‌ ‌memorization‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌logged‌ ‌on‌ ‌a‌ ‌daily‌ ‌basis‌ ‌during‌ ‌SBC,‌ ‌so‌ ‌please‌ ‌be‌ ‌sure‌ ‌to‌ ‌have‌ ‌your‌ ‌child’s‌ ‌booklet‌ ‌handy‌ ‌each‌ ‌session.‌ ‌Children‌ ‌will‌ ‌earn‌ ‌1‌ ‌point‌ ‌for‌ ‌each‌ ‌verse‌ ‌memorized.‌ ‌Everyone‌ ‌will‌ ‌receive‌ ‌a‌ ‌prize,‌ ‌and‌ ‌special‌ ‌prizes‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌awarded‌ ‌to‌ ‌children‌ ‌who‌ ‌memorize‌ ‌at‌ ‌least‌ ‌5‌ ‌verses‌ ‌during‌ ‌SBC.‌ ‌An‌ ‌additional‌ ‌prize‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌awarded‌ ‌to‌ ‌children‌ ‌who‌ ‌memorize‌ ‌all‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌verses‌ ‌(including‌ ‌bonus‌ ‌verses).‌ ‌

DAILY MEMORIZATION

K-1st grade children should memorize the underlined portions of both verses.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade children memorize the entire verse 1 plus the underlined part of verse 2.
5th and 6th grade children should memorize all of verses 1 and 2.

Tuesday, June 22

Exodus 2:10 And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son.
And she called his name Moses and said, Because I drew him out of the water.

Acts 7:23 But when he was approaching forty years of age, it came into his heart to visit his brothers, the sons of Israel.

Wednesday, June 23

Acts 7:22 And Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was powerful in his words and works.

Thursday, June 24

Exodus 2:17 And the shepherds came and drove them away, but Moses rose up and helped them and watered their flock.

Exodus 3:14 And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And He said, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you.

Friday, June 25

Exodus 10:3 And Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh and said to him, Thus says Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews,
How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go that they may serve Me.

Hebrews 11:27 By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king, for he persevered as one seeing the unseen One.

BONUS VERSES

Exodus 34:27 And Jehovah said to Moses, Write these words, for according to the speaking of these words
I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.

Exodus 34:32 And afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them in commandment all that Jehovah
had spoken with him
on Mount Sinai.
